Refund Policy
Thank you for you purchase! We hope that you are satified with your product. However, we understand things come up! Please read through our Refund Policy for any questions.
Items must be postmarked and mailed within 60 days of purchase. All returned items must be new/unused or very good condition and must be shipped back with the original packaging, tags, and labels.
Return Process
To return an item, a customer must email - sinfulstudios.hq@outlook.com - with your name and order number to optain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please provide pictures and/or a description for the reason of return in the email. After recieving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you (the customer) will be responsilbe for all shipping charges though there is no restocking fee. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

After recieving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item(s) to process your return or exchange. We will contact you by email when your return has been processed.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange.
Please Note

Clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

Product must be in new or very good condition unless defective at purchase/arrival (with the exception of B-gread items)

Customer must also ship back original packaging for product to recieve a full refund.

If any item is shipped back WITHOUT a RMA, there will be no refund provided.
