Thank you for you purchase! We hope that you are satified with your product. However, we understand things come up! Please refer to the refund policies below.
Return/Refund Process for ACGGoods
If you have purchased an item from ACGGoods, then please refer to the ACGGoods After-Sales Policy that can be found here- https://acggoods.com/acg-after-sales-policy. This webpage goes over things like after-sales policies, refunds, reprints, cancellations, and more.
All ACGGoods products are done through ACGGoods and you will not be able to return the item the same way as a direct purchase. ACGGoods FAQ can be found here if you have additional questions- https://acggoods.com/acg-help-center.
Return/Refund Process for Direct Sales
To return an item purchased through Sinful Studios HQ directly (examples include but are not limited to purchasing through social media or in person), the customer must email sinfulstudios.hq@outlook.com with your name and order number to optain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please provide pictures and/or a description for the reason of return in the email. You will recieve directions on how and where to ship the item back to in the RMA email once the order has been approved for a refund/return.​

Please note, you (the customer) will be responsilbe for all shipping charges though there is no restocking fee. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

After recieving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) business days from the receipt of your item(s) to process your return or exchange. We will contact you by email when your return has been processed.

Items must be postmarked and mailed within 60 days of purchase. All returned items must be new/unused or very good condition and must be shipped back with the original packaging, tags, and labels.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Sale or Clearance Items

For defective or damaged products, please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange.
Please Note

Clearance items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.

Product must be in new or very good condition unless defective at purchase/arrival (with the exception of B-gread items)

Customer must also ship back original packaging for product to recieve a full refund.

If any item is shipped back WITHOUT a RMA, there will be no refund provided.
